About

You’re the expert of your own story.

And you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges and help you make peace with them.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life – to take the first steps towards the change you desire.

As your therapist, I’m here to support and empower you in that journey, and I’m excited to see you elevate along the way.

I’ll meet you where you are.

I’ve supported many clients in navigating and overcoming challenges such as compulsive behaviors, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, and abuse.

My experience also includes working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, couples counseling, and supporting adolescents in CPS care and on juvenile probation.

Through this work, I’ve developed a deep passion for empowering single, working women who feel discouraged about their relationship status.

I also genuinely enjoy speaking publicly to promote mental health awareness and inspire lasting wellness.

This is a space just for you.

My therapeutic style is encouraging and collaborative, and I don’t like to tell you what to do.

As we talk and interact, you can learn many things about yourself and answer questions that can create a path for you that you can appreciate and ultimately get excited about.

I believe therapy continues in your daily life, outside the “therapeutic space,” as you learn to create a space that enriches you.

You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.

Support, clarity, and meaningful change are within reach.

Whether you’re facing a difficult season or ready to invest in your personal growth, taking the next step can open the door to lasting transformation.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider from Texas with 10 years of professional therapy experience.

A graduate of a Texas-based Christian university, I began my early years in counseling during my collegiate experience as a Residence Life Assistant and Assistant Director.

The experiences I’ve had throughout my professional journey have given me insight into lives that have been enlightened and enriched by connection and community.

My personality is light and a little quirky, and I hope you’ll see yourself for the uniqueness you possess and bring into the world.

Laughing and making others laugh is a joy of mine. I also love food and believe in the power of music and the color purple.
